Children and Individuals Under 21

However, we offer various services at the APEX family entertainment facility, such as go-cart racing, bowling, and arcade games which legally do not require a person to be over the age of 21 but do require the completion of an activity waiver for specific activities. In addition, Red
Hawk Security may obtain information in the event of an injury or incident while on Red Hawk Resort + Casino Property. Because these situations, we may collect basic limited personal information from individuals under the age of 21 such as:
